e-Dialog chooses Network Drive at Northwest Park for its new Worldwide Corporate Headquarters

BURLINGTON, MA, March 23, 2009 - Nordblom Company announces that e-Dialog is expanding and relocating to Network Drive at Northwest Park in Burlington, MA. The company has signed a lease for 47,426 square feet of first class office space at 65 Network Drive to serve as its new global corporate headquarters. e-Dialog will occupy the entire fourth floor of the building in early June 2009, leaving its current Lexington location. Network Drive at Northwest Park is the 158-acre business campus acquired in 2007 by Nordblom Company and its investment affiliate, Nordic Properties. Nordblom Development Company will be handling the tenant improvement work. Adele Olivier, Senior Vice President, Director of Commercial Property and Asset Management at Nordblom Company, Managing Director Tamie Thompson, Senior Vice President Dan Cordeau and Assistant Vice President Dan Kollar of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the long-term lease to e-Dialog, who was represented by Andy Majewski, Executive Vice President/Partner at CB Richard Ellis.

e-Dialog is a provider of advanced e-mail and database marketing services and solutions for permission-based e-mail marketers. Clients include AirTran Airways, CBS, the National Hockey League, LendingTree, Nintendo and Ross-Simons. e-Dialog has chosen to move and expand its operations at 65 Network Drive to create a new corporate headquarters location and to accommodate its growth.

Featuring a combination of private office spaces and an open and collaborative work environment, 65 Network Drive consists of approximately 178,000 SF of class A office space on four floors. Completed in 2001, the building consists of two wings linked by an open central lobby and stairwell. A glass-enclosed walkway on the third floor provides a comfortable, all-weather connection to 55 Network Drive and a satellite cafeteria. This building also offers excellent Route 3 visibility and signage opportunities.

"We believe this is a leading office campus on the Route 128 beltway and are pleased to be moving our base operations to Network Drive," said John MacPhee, chief financial officer of e-Dialog. "The first-class setting and dynamic work environment will be very helpful to attract and retain talented employees as we continue to grow and maintain our status as one of the top places to work in the region."

"Burlington, with its superior infrastructure and amenity package, is clearly the location of choice for growing companies like e-Dialog. This together with the quality of the space offered at Network Drive gives e-Dialog and their employees a dynamic environment to grow and succeed. The campus offers the right mix of individual identity for companies and a sense of community for their people - we are pleased to welcome e-Dialog to the Network Drive community." said Adele Olivier of Nordblom Company.

Network Drive has experienced significant activity despite economic conditions in recent months. In November of 2008, Exa Corporation moved into 66,000 SF of space at 55 Network Drive to relocate and expand its worldwide corporate headquarters. Additionally, Nordblom Development Company is currently constructing a 132,000 SF corporate headquarters for Palomar Medical Technologies, Inc. This Class A office building is slated to open in 2010.

Other recent leasing activity in the adjacent Northwest Park includes new leases for National Grid in 10,422 SF of space at 62 Second Avenue, Redshift in 7,496 SF at 41 Second Avenue and Z Corporation occupying 89,500 SF at 32 Second Avenue.
